Itās been such a long time. Iāve missed you, and Iāve missed us just talking about food.
Are we all okay? If not, Iām sending you all the gentleness the universe owes you. š„°
Last week, I was out having lunch with an amazing person, and can I just say how impressed I was by the restaurant we went to?
Pepper tree is in the heart of Westlands just above nyama mama in some building called delta corner.
And it's breathtaking šš
I mean the first things you see when you go in are the beautiful bar, the open kitchen and some beautiful green hanging leaves.
I loved it.
I'd reserved earlier but I wanted to look at the seating upstairs and a beautiful spiral stair case leads you right to it.
The seating upstairs is beautiful but the sun was a bit too much on where we wanted to seat so we went down.
The seats are beautiful and very comfortable but let me get right to the food.
We had tacos (chicken and beef tacos) which go for ksh.1100 each.

They taste so good but the beef taco had a tangy taste that I didn't particularly like but with ketchup it tasted sweet and sour which I like.
The homemade sauces are so fresh and well done and taste so good.
We also had their cocktails ( a whiskey sour and a strawberry margarita- sadly I forgot to take photos of this) but they tasted so good and go for ksh.850 each.
The waitress who served us was so kind š thank you Vivian
I'd rate this place a solid 8 and I can't wait to go back here again.
